Interim Management

Longley Jones Management Corp. specializes in a service called interim management. The company is capable of assuming management control of any property in New York State on 24-hour notice. In the event a receiver has been appointed, Longley Jones can become the operating arm until such time as the property has been secured through foreclosure, or the concerns resulting in interim management have been resolved between ownership and the lending institution. All services provided through a standard management contract are provided under interim management, together with an in-depth management review and consultation to analyze the unique needs of the property.
